It is very hard to give a fixed price on treatments as there are so many factors to consider when pricing, including the breed, the condition of your pet and their behaviour while being groomed. Below I have given a guide of prices for dogs that come in for regular grooming (average every 6 weeks), with no additional time or resources being needed.

You may have noticed curly coated breeds have their own separate price guide. Why? Simply put, their coats require more work, more products and more time than smooth coated dogs.

Extra charges have been listed below.

The best advice I can give is to be completely honest when booking. This way I can make sure enough time is being allowed for your appointment - failure to mention heavy matting/behavioural issues/fleas etc may result in a second appointment being necessary due to additional time being needed or refusal due to fleas.

Additional Charges

Heavy Matting / Shave Off
£20

This additional charge will be applied if heavy matting is present and/or a complete shave off is required for your dog.

This applies even if you ask for your dog to be shaved short as a preference but the matting is severe. Matting causes severe blunting of blades. This costs helps to cover the wear and tear of blades and the extra time that is needed.

Fleas
50% of booking

Please do not bring your dog into the salon if they have fleas!

If fleas are found, owners will be called to collect immediately and 50% of the groom price will still be required.

No Show/Cancelling less than 24 hours notice

Failure to show/cancel within 24 hours notice will result in a mandatory 50% booking fee.

This cannot be redeemed/taken off of your next booking. Please understand that your slot would have gone to somebody else. Once I have confirmed your booking, it is solely up to you to remember your appointment. Future bookings will then be required to pay upfront.

Late Collection & Late Drop Offs

£10 per 15 minutes late.

I work on a tight schedule and do not provide the service of looking after your dogs whilst others are being groomed. I am strictly 1-1. Failure to collect on time impacts the whole day.
Failure to collect on time for multiple bookings will result in termination of services.

Late drop off - While nothing is added, nothing is also taken off.
You have an allotted time slot and you will be charged accordingly. If you are late you will still be charged for the whole booking even if I am unable to finish due to your timings.
